Project Manager – National Strategic Initiatives Drive strategic research and technology initiatives in one of Spain's leading research centres The Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and publicly funded R&D; projects within a world‑class scientific and technological environment.

What will you do?

Coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects and strategic initiatives.

Supporting proposal preparation and submission for competitive funding programmes.

Assisting researchers throughout project implementation and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Organising project meetings, follow‑up activities and stakeholder engagement.

Supporting project reporting, financial monitoring and justification processes.

Facilitating collaboration across research groups, technical teams and partner organisations.

Identifying synergies, opportunities and best practices across projects and scientific infrastructures.

Contributing to communication, dissemination and visibility activities.

Supporting organisational and operational improvement initiatives across the institute.
