The Operations & Systems VISTA will build the organizational capacity of DeSales Community Development to sustain a strengthened, accountable operational structure that serves low-income residents across its affordable housing portfolio in St. Louis. As DeSales implements a operational restructure the VISTA will play a central role in translating leadership decisions into documented systems, replicable procedures, and resident-centered programs.

The VISTA will help ensure that the restructure produces infrastructure: written policies and protocols that outlast individual staff transitions, operational tracking tools that strengthen accountability and asset performance, and a new resident accountability and capacity-building program that supports housing stability for low-income residents. As a result of the VISTA's service, DeSales will have a stronger, more sustainable operational foundation and residents will benefit from more consistent service, clearer expectations, and support.
