Due to the continued growth of ViVi Homes, we are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This is a varied role with plenty of responsibility, in which you will work closely with property owners and our operational teams.

About ViVi ViVi helps clients with every aspect of living, investing and holiday rentals on the Costa del Sol.

Through our different departments, we support clients with the purchase, furnishing, rental and complete management of their properties. Our teams work closely together to provide property owners and guests with the highest possible level of service.

ViVi is a close-knit international company where quality, trust, responsibility and personal relationships are key. With multiple locations and a growing property portfolio,



we continue to develop and improve our services across the Costa del Sol.

Your role at ViVi As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of properties.

You will ensure that the properties are properly maintained, operational matters are followed up promptly and property owners are always kept informed. You will be their main point of contact and the link between them and our housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality and revenue management teams.

You will maintain a clear overview, set priorities and make sure that agreements and outstanding tasks are followed through.

What will you be doing?

Inspecting and monitoring the properties within your portfolio

Maintaining high standards for quality, maintenance and the overall condition of each property

Acting as the main point of contact for property owners

Identifying and resolving operational issues

Coordinating and following up on repairs and maintenance

Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality and other internal teams

Ensuring that properties are fully prepared for guests and holiday rentals

Monitoring outstanding tasks and agreed actions

Proactively keeping property owners informed of important developments





Advising owners on improvements that could help their properties perform better

Contributing to an excellent experience for both guests and property owners

Are confident making decisions independently

Communicate clearly, professionally and with a strong service mindset

Have excellent attention to detail

Respond quickly and focus on solutions

Work well with different teams and departments

Take ownership and follow through on commitments

Speak Dutch and English fluently; Spanish is a strong advantage

Live on the Costa del Sol or in the surrounding area

Hold a valid driving licence and are versátil about travelling to different properties

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, real estate or holiday rentals is an advantage. However, your attitude, sense of responsibility and communication skills are equally important to us.
