Company Description Turó Park Clinics is a fast-growing, international medical group located in the center of Barcelona, Spain. Founded in 2017 as a small dental team, it has expanded to more than 70 doctors across 30 specialties working in three clinics supported by an in-house laboratory. The clinics focus on serving international patients, including locals, expats, and tourists, through a multilingual team that provides personalized care in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, and other languages.
Open seven days a week, Turó Park Clinics offers same-day appointments throughout the year, including weekends and holidays. Patients can book in-person or online appointments for dentistry, medical treatments, and aesthetic procedures with the same trusted provider.
Role Description The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health conditions in an on-site setting in Barcelona. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, and providing psychotherapy or counseling when appropriate. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary medical and dental teams, coordinating care with other specialists,
and contributing to integrated care pathways for international and local patients.
The Psychiatrist will document clinical encounters thoroughly, maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice, and support continuity of care through follow-up visits. This is a contract, on-site role based at Turó Park Clinics in Barcelona. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with experience delivering comprehensive psychiatric care.
Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health treatment across diverse patient populations.
Clinical experience or specific training in Adolescent Psychiatry and youth mental health is highly desirable.
Valid medical degree and specialization in Psychiatry; current license or eligibility to practice in Spain.
Experience working in multidisciplinary, international clinical environments and with culturally diverse patients.
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with a patient-centered and non-judgmental approach.
Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, manage a structured caseload, and adapt to versátil scheduling, including possible weekend availability.
Familiarity with electronic health records, clinical documentation standards, and evidence-based guidelines in psychiatry.
