Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and development in AI, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI applications.

Design, implement, and maintain systems using Python, FastAPI, and SQL.

Collaborate across teams to experiment, prototype, and iterate on AI solutions.

Solve complex problems using analytical thinking and structured experimentation.

Navigate ambiguity and provide innovative solutions in dynamic project environments.

Must-have Skills





Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and SQL (+4 Year of experience).

R&D; experience in AI, preferably with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Ability to work effectively in uncertain or evolving project contexts.

Prior project experience in similar initiatives is a plus.

Nice-to-have

AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
