We are looking for a highly skilled

QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing and test automation for front-end applications built on Pega Cloud

. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for validating UI behavior, end-to-end functionality, and performance across cloud environments, ensuring high-quality delivery in an agile DevOps model.

This role requires strong understanding of Pega’s front-end capabilities, cloud deployment nuances, and modern QA engineering practices.

Manual Testing

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and user workflows for Pega Cloud–hosted FE applications for the BFS Domain (Insurance, KYC, CRM).

- Test cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

- Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX testing.

- Ensure testing across Pega Cloud environments following deployment pipelines.

- Identify, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira and Zephyr.

Automation Testing

- Build and maintain automated test scripts for Pega FE using frameworks such as:

Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG.

- Analyze automation execution reports and provide actionable feedback.

- Exposure and knowledge to GIT.

Experience with GitHub and actions.

- Experience with REST APIs using Postman, Rest Assured or similar.

Quality Engineering & DevOps





- Participate in Agile ceremonies with SAFe: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with developers, Pega architects, and cloud engineers to troubleshoot defects and environment issues.

- Contribute to test strategy, quality standards, and automation best practices.

- Promote shift-left testing and early defect detection.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong experience in REST APIs and Web Automation experience

using Selenium framework and Java with TestNG. Postman.

- Extensive knowledge of the DOM and POM model.

- Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.

- Solid experience of AGILE and SAFe Methodologies.

- Strong experience in JIRA test management tool.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and automated pipelines.- Swedbank

- Experience working in Agile Projects. (Nice-to-have Confluence).

- Experience in Banking Financial Services like KYC, CRM or Insurance.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills

- Familiarity with Pega Cloud deployment models, environments, and guardrails.
