Reporting to the Head of Clearance Offline – Second Choice – Stock Quality, the Quality Stock Manager’s primary mission is to develop and maintain group quality standards related to product condition, oversee their implementation of quality processes, and support necessary improvements. Accurate product qualification is essential for achieving fair valuation and selecting the appropriate distribution channel. Supports warehouses in the effective management of inventory, facilitating stock flow.

Responsibilities Promote the stock quality policy in warehouses. Ensure compliance with quality processes, particularly the Quality Book in B return stations. Train new operators and organize training for new processes.

Perform weekly audits at B return stations to verify that specifications are applied at Santa Oliva. Define volumes and appropriate processes in the warehouse with the IM quality team. Maintain and analyze centralized KPI files; establish action plans when needed.

Conduct audits of clearance online sales shipments to ensure product and packaging quality. Audit processes to ensure compliance, define KPIs, and share with the team. Improve physical stock quality,



acting as key contact to understand local processes when investigating stock data quality issues.

Support deployment of new tasks and processes that improve stock data quality; communicate with teams, monitor KPIs for STO, and identify alerts and attention points. Animate regular meetings with IM/STO to address quality topics impacting IM missions and objectives. Define and implement stock revaluation process in Santa Oliva: repacking, repair, recycling, following legal framework for Spain.

Develop campaigns for repacked products online (home, high tech, mobile phone). Support business development activities of Second Choice. Collaborate with IM BPO to deploy processes and tools; organize communication; train key users and adapt training material in Spanish; collect feedback; attend project committees and training sessions; investigate issues raised by IM BPO.
