This is a full-time

Autónomo (self-employed) Real Estate Sales Agent position based in La Zenia .

This is not a desk job . Successful agents spend their time out in the field—meeting clients, carrying out property viewings, attending valuations, networking, prospecting for new business, and being available when opportunities arise. Flexibility is essential, as evenings and weekends are often when clients are available.

Full training and ongoing support are provided , so the right attitude is more important than previous real estate experience.

The role includes generating new business, listing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, managing sales from instruction to completion, maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Qualifications





Self-employed ( Autónomo ) or willing to register as one.

Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

Strong communication and people skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

A proactive, positive team player.

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.

A full driving licence and own vehicle are highly desirable.

Languages are beneficial (English, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Scandinavian languages, etc.) but not essential.

Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not required — full training is provided .
