Recruitment Manager – Southteams

We're looking for someone who cares about both people and systems.

Recruiting is one of the biggest ways we create value for our clients. Every search matters, every hire strengthens a relationship, and every improvement we make has a real impact on someone's business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage recruiters. You'll coach them, work alongside them, and continuously improve how we recruit. Some days you'll be designing the hiring strategy for a new search. Others you'll be interviewing candidates, helping refine a sourcing approach, improving interview scorecards, or meeting directly with clients to better understand what success looks like.

If you enjoy building better ways of working, helping people grow, and getting your hands dirty when needed, you'll probably feel at home here.

What you'll do

- Design hiring strategies for different searches
- Partner with clients to define roles and hiring priorities
- Improve sourcing strategies and recruiter workflows
- Interview candidates
- Coach recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Improve scorecards, interview frameworks and documentation
- Build better recruiting processes
- Use AI to improve how we recruit every day

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in technical recruiting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
- You enjoy improving systems as much as working with people
- You naturally take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- You genuinely care about helping clients hire great teams

Tools LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, AI tools (ChatGPT or similar), and a constant curiosity for finding better digital ways to get things done.
