POSITION OVERVIEW This role belongs to the Europe Regional Finance team, focusing on end-to-end financial risk control & business financial governance for European subsidiaries. It covers regional budget control, P&L; risk monitoring, inventory & supply chain financial risk, customer rebate compliance, cross-border tax compliance, foreign exchange risk, expense governance and internal control implementation. The position partners with local country finance, sales, logistics and headquarters to ensure sustainable, compliant and profitable operation of European regional business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Regional Financial Risk Monitoring & Analysis

- Establish and maintain regional financial risk indicators, including gross margin fluctuation risk, profitability deterioration risk, cost abnormal fluctuation risk and sales structure risk.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly regional risk review, identify abnormal signals,



trace root causes and deliver improvement reports.

2. Inventory & Working Capital Risk Control

- Monitor regional inventory turnover, slow-moving & obsolete inventory risk, provision rationality and warehouse stock accuracy.
- Control receivables aging risk, customer credit risk and regional working capital efficiency.

3. Rebate & Commercial Policy Compliance Risk

- Review customer rebate schemes, dealer incentive policies and commercial discount rules in European markets.
- Ensure rebate calculation, accrual, payment and reconciliation are fully compliant with group policy and local commercial regulations. Prevent over accrual, irregular rebate and policy arbitrage risk.

4. European Tax & Legal Compliance Risk

- Oversee basic VAT compliance, cross-border transaction invoicing rules, intra-EU supply & reverse charge mechanism.
- Cooperate with local tax advisors to avoid tax penalty risk, document all tax-sensitive transactions, and support tax inspection preparation.
- Monitor local financial regulation updates in EU main countries (Spain, Italy, Germany, France etc.) and promote internal policy alignment.

5. Expense & Budget Risk Governance

- Control regional marketing expense, travel expense, office expense and staff cost fluctuation.
- Verify budget execution deviation, prevent overspending, unauthorized expense and non-compliant expense posting.

6. FX & Treasury Risk Management

- Track Euro and local currency exchange rate fluctuation impact on P&L.;
- Assist regional treasury in FX exposure analysis, hedging suggestion and foreign currency profit/loss explanation.

7. Internal Control & Audit Support

- Build standardized SOP for regional financial processes.
- Support internal audit, external audit and HQ governance review, rectify control deficiencies and optimize process loopholes.

8. Business Partner Risk Consulting

- Provide financial risk judgment for new business models,



new promotion policies and new customer cooperation terms.
- Pre-control potential profit erosion and compliance risks in advance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education & Certificate

- Bachelor or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major.
- CPA / ACCA / CMA holder is preferred.

Professional Experience

- 3+ years of financial controlling, FP&A; or financial risk management experience, with European overseas business experience preferred.
- Familiar with EU basic tax rules, cross-border transaction logic and multinational company financial management system.

Core Competencies

- Strong capability in profitability analysis, margin analysis, inventory risk analysis and commercial policy financial verification.
- Familiar with rebate accrual mechanism, expense control and working capital management.
- Able to build risk indicator dashboard and deliver independent risk review reports.

Language & Tool

- Fluent English (written & verbal) for cross-country communication and report submission.
- Proficient in Excel advanced functions, financial system data query and data analysis.

Soft Skills

- Sensitive to financial abnormal data and business risks.
- Independent problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking and cross-department communication capability.
- Rigorous, responsible and able to adapt to multi-country complex business scenarios.
