Responsibilities
Build and develop a portfolio of VIP clients (own contacts or developed through strategic relationships).
Sell and manage VIP booth and table reservations in advance, with direct client follow-up.
Carry out follow-up and sales throughout the week with a versátil schedule.
Resolve client questions, needs, or incidents in real time, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and service-focused attitude.
Provide customer service via calls, WhatsApp, and email (using a company phone), ensuring agile and professional communication.
Attend to and accompany VIP clients on-site during club nights, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive, and professional experience.
Manage and activate VIP guest lists.
Collaborate with the internal team (security, waitstaff, management) to ensure a smooth, high-level experience.
Requirements
On-site attendance of 5/10 hours per week: Fridays and/or Saturdays, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and on special event nights (e.g., Halloween, Carnival,
New Years Eve).
Previous experience as a VIP host or PR with a commercial focus in club culture, hospitality, or high-end restaurants, or similar.
Active VIP contact network in Barcelona.
Sociable, proactive profile with good presence and strong customer orientation.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Languages
Fluent Spanish and Catalan.
English level B2 or higher.
Other languages are a plus (French, Italian, German, etc.).
Offer
Permanent contract with a 2-3 month probation period.
Fixed salary + variable compensation based on client acquisition and volume of managed reservations.
1 Friday and 1 or 2 Saturdays off per month.
Flexible schedule during the rest of the week, with only 1 or 2 follow-up meetings per month with the Production team.
