English C1-C2 Work model : 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain) Field : Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar Schedule : Monday to Friday (no night shifts)

Training : Fully paid Your Responsibilities:



Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phone
