Tamarind Intelligence is seeking an HR Generalist based in Barcelona (ES) or Porto (PT) to support HR across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and accurately while delivering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities include onboarding/exits, workforce planning, reward/performance activities, talent development, and compliance with local labour laws.
