Role Summary: We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and own the employee lifecycle end-to-end. You'll take over running onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and the day-to-day people work that keeps a growing remote team functioning.

Qualifications

3-5 years in people operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

Experience managing the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and accurate record-keeping.





Strong grasp of people-ops best practices and employment compliance in at least one jurisdiction; comfortable working with legal or compliance advisors.

Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.

Experience creating, updating, and clearly communicating people policies.

Familiarity with remote-first tools and supporting a distributed team across time zones.

Ability to analyze people data, spot trends, and propose process improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Strong organization and prioritization, with attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.

No specific degree required - practical experience and a track record of getting things done count for more.

Interest in proptech, startups, and building scalable people operations from the ground up.

Nice to have

Experience tracking and reporting on people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and headcount.

Prior experience with equity-based compensation models.
