Ersilia is seeking a hands-on UA Manager to move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
This fully remote role can be based globally with a CET time overlap. You will launch rapid tests, monitor performance daily, optimize creatives and landing pages, and build repeatable systems to scale campaigns.
