THE ROLE As a Rentals Consultant, you'll be helping clients find their idóneo property while managing rental opportunities from enquiry through to move‑in.

Your Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Will Include

Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords

Qualifying enquiries and matching clients with suitable properties

Booking and conducting property viewings

Building strong relationships with clients

Managing your pipeline and follow‑ups

Negotiating rental agreements

Supporting the rental process from initial enquiry through to completion

What We're Looking For

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or client‑facing experience A confident and professional manner

Strong communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly with clients

Excellent organisational and follow‑up skills

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude

Fluent English (additional languages a huge advantage)

Full driving licence

Real estate experience helpful but not essential
