Your role as a Retail/E-Commerce Specialist will be prioritizing the below responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sales account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Prepare and post journal entries as needed (credit cards fees, sales adjustments, etc.)

Accomplishing financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy

Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations

Develop assign tasks for MEC (Month End Closing) with entries and reports

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other accounting projects

Supporting audits ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Retail / E-Commerce accounting

Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, tax regulations,



and compliance standards (plus, not excluding)

MS Office Knowledge and familiarity with relevant ERP such as SAP, Dynamics, etc. Other platforms such Shopify, will also be a value added.

Analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying/resolving financial discrepancies

English is a must; another language is a value added (plus, not excluding)
