This is a high-impact, CEO-reporting role responsible for driving predictable revenue growth across Sales, Customer Success, Retention and Expansion — while building the processes and operational structure to support our next stage of growth.

What you'll own:

- Lead the execution of our commercial strategy
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team
- Own forecasting,



pipeline visibility and revenue performance
- Drive customer growth through upselling, renewals and cross-selling
- Build scalable playbooks and align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development or Revenue Leadership
- 2+ years leading commercial teams or revenue operations
- CRM experience (HubSpot, xhfqzwm Salesforce or similar)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Barcelona

Nice to have: experience in SaaS, SportsTech or with clubs, academies, leagues or federations.
