Salary

Up to 45k + benefits

Design and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes (lead management, qualification, pipelines and workflows)

Translate business needs into scalable workflows across HubSpot, ClickUp, Intercom and Ringover

Define and standardize MQL/SQL criteria, pipeline stages, routing rules and ownership

Own advanced HubSpot administration (workflows, pipelines, automations, reporting and integrations)

Ensure CRM data quality, governance and operational best practices

Build dashboards and reports focused on efficiency, productivity, targets and forecasting

Analyze performance trends and propose data-driven improvements

Act as the operational bridge between Sales, CS, Production, Tech and Data

Enable teams through training, documentation and day-to-day operational support

What you bring





5+ years in Operations or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS

3+ years of advanced HubSpot experience

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management and customer lifecycle

Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

Basic SQL and experience with Zapier / Make

Basic Python knowledge

HubSpot certifications

Experience with cloud telephony, customer communication tools and BI platforms
