RF test engineers are responsible for the definition and implementation of test set‑up solutions for RF components, including MMICs. Software development, test board design and test set‑up implementation are part of their day‑by‑day activities.

Candidates will be actively participating in the definition and implementation of the test plan being integrated into a multidisciplinary team for the proposal preparation, planning and execution of different electrical testing and characterizations. Integrated into the Electrical Measurements area of the Parts Laboratory you will work in projects for usage of components into high reliability environments.

You will be responsible for final testing of products using test equipment, designing and implementing new test procedures and supervising activities with potential subcontractors.

Significant experience in RF electronic test and characterization engineering. At least 3 years of experience in test engineering development.

PCB design, schematic capture, layout, routing and assembly.

Experience with RF laboratory equipment: measurement equipment, network analyzers PNA, power supplies, signal generator, oscilloscope, thermal test equipment, GPIB, etc.

Specific experience using ATEs for RF testing.Experience with testing components such as MMICs, balluns, filters, couplers, oscillators, PPLs, etc.

Experience in high speed digital, low noise mixed, RF, communication and power PCB designs up to 12 layers.

Understanding the importance of DFx in the engineering life cycle where x is Reliability, Testing, Cost and regulatory compliance.

This is what we expect

Degree in RF Electronic Engineering or Physics. Ph.D. degree in RF,



Microwave or Electronics will be an asset.

Experience in writing technical documentation.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Other language skills will be an asset.

Experienced in working in multidisciplinary environment.

Team leadership.
