The Team Our Risk Operations team is responsible for enabling safe, balanced, and scalable merchant growth, acting as a first line of defense through strong compliance standards, effective transaction monitoring, and continuous merchant risk assessment across the entire lifecycle. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, the team works closely with Compliance, Sales, and Customer Operations, playing a key role in protecting the business from financial, regulatory, reputational, and compliance risks while supporting sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to take on end‑to‑end risk management across the merchant lifecycle, including KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews. In this role, you will ensure every merchant is properly assessed at entry and continuously re‑evaluated based on behaviour, activity, and evolving risk signals, detecting and escalating suspicious activity, assessing financial and business risk, and helping prevent fraud and compliance breaches. You will balance speed, quality, and sound judgment in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment,



adapting to shifting priorities while driving consistent, high‑quality risk decisions.

What you’ll be doing

Performing active account risk management, including transaction monitoring, and identifying, investigating, and escalating suspicious activity in a timely manner

Conducting merchant onboarding and portfolio reviews, ensuring consistent and high‑quality risk evaluation

Performing financial and AML risk assessments, identifying potential exposure across merchant portfolios

Ensuring efficient case management and SLA adherence, prioritizing workload effectively to maintain timely and accurate outcomes

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying process gaps and suggesting scalable solutions

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, risk, transaction monitoring, AML, or KYC

Strong risk analysis and transaction monitoring expertise, with the ability to identify and investigate suspicious activity patterns

Solid financial risk analysis skills, including an understanding of business models, cash flows, and risk indicators

Proven experience in AML and fraud risk assessment

Ability to document decisions clearly and elevate non‑standard or complex risks

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload under SLA and pressure

Fluency in English
