We are looking for an RPA Support Specialist to help maintain the reliability of automated workflows that assist in the management of large scale infrastructure projects. About the role In this position, you will join a remote team of specialists dedicated to the health and performance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems. You will be responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of software robots that handle sensitive data for our Spanish infrastructure partner.

What you will do

- Monitor the status of active automation scripts to ensure they complete their daily cycles without interruption.
- Provide the first level of support for any bot failures, identifying whether the issue is related to credentials, system updates, or logic errors.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our central tracking system to build a reliable knowledge base for the team.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, such as updating login information or adjusting schedule parameters for specific automation tasks.
- Communicate clearly with the infrastructure project leads when automated processes encounter delays or require manual intervention.




- Extract performance data from RPA oversight tools to assist in the creation of monthly reliability reports.
- Verify that data processed by the bots remains consistent with the standards required by the infrastructure partner.
- Work closely with the development team to test minor updates to existing bots before they are moved into a stable production environment.
