Description As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing properties and managing clients, offering a comprehensive and personalised service. On a day-to-day basis, you will coordinate viewings, follow up with potential clients, manage sales negotiations and finalise purchase, sale or rental agreements.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palma. You have 100 % adaptable working hours and can organise your own time while working towards targets – ideal for those seeking independence and professional growth.

Requirements





Experience in customer service and direct client contact, with the ability to deliver a positive and personalised experience.

Skills in sales and commercial management, including effective negotiation and closing deals.

Ability to rigorously follow up on clients and commercial transactions.

Experience in the property sector will be viewed favourably.

Interpersonal skills, organisational ability and a proactive approach are essential for success in the role.

Driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

Self‑employed sales representatives.
