Who We're Looking For

Native or C2 Italian; good English

1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred

Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1‑2 months in Vienna to soak up our culture)

€45,000–70,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
