What You’ll Do

Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers

Executes customer roadmap and manages/closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities

Executes pricing actions

Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors

Provides input to manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory

Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials/(re)solve customer requests and complaints

Delivers KPI OSG and PC % in territory/at defined account

Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals

Monitors competitor activities, pricing, positioning

Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

What makes you a good fit

Living area in North West of Spain mandatory (Lugo, La Coruna, Asturias area)

Ability to work the majority of working time in the field (70-80%) with B2B industrial customers

Experience in Sales industry (chemistry, adhesives, metal, etc.)





Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemicals or a similar technical field, with chemical knowledge

Fluent Spanish, upper intermediate English (Portuguese is only a plus)

Demonstrated interest in selling innovative surface treatment solutions in various B2B industries

Trustworthy and relationship builder in a technical environment

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Experienced in MS Office, (Power BI and SAP is a plus)
