We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Manager to join the

Microsoft VDS team in Málaga. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Dutch and English and will lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Dutch-speaking market. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.



Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales staff where necessary. Track performance metrics and report progress to management. Qualifications

Fluency in

Dutch and English

(mandatory). Proven experience in sales management, ideally in IT or SaaS solutions. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Málaga. Benefits
