About the Role At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Sales Representative Modern Trade to join our

Field Sales team in the

Zona Norte , covering La Rioja, Álava, Burgos and Soria. You will manage a designated route from Logroño, building strong customer relationships, driving business growth and delivering excellence in the

Modern Trade channel across supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Main Responsibilities

Visit customers and points of sale across the assigned territory, ensuring high standards of

Point of Sale Execution and commercial excellence.

Negotiate visibility opportunities and improve product placement to secure the best possible presence for Ferrero brands in stores.

Monitor stock levels, prevent out‑of‑stock situations and guarantee the availability of key products throughout the year, including promotional periods.

Execute centrally negotiated agreements at the store level while identifying additional opportunities to grow the business.

Perform Sell‑Out Analysis and performance monitoring, transforming insights into clear action plans that drive results.

Support commercial development,



strengthen partnerships and maximize the impact of Ferrero's initiatives across the route.

About You

Highly motivated professional with proven experience in FMCG Sales,

Retail Sales or the

Modern Trade channel.

Commercially minded, passionate about delivering results and comfortable building long‑term relationships with customers.

Strong understanding of supermarkets, hypermarkets and commercial account management.

Analytical mindset to interpret business data and translate it into effective commercial actions.

Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to execution.

Advanced Excel skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with

Trade Marketing or retail execution tools.

Experience using data‑driven insights to improve performance is a strong advantage.
