Sales Representative Spain (Only for resident in Spain)

Company Description: Tenace Automation S.r.l. is a technology company specializing in automation for the corrugated cardboard industry, based in Lucca. The company develops advanced solutions to optimize its customers' production processes by integrating automated systems and dedicated software.

Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to expand our sales team, focusing on Spain.

The adecuado candidate has strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise in the corrugated cardboard industry, and the ability to work independently.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing (together with the Sales Manager) the Spanish market, identifying new business opportunities and subsequently strengthening relationships with customers.

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a sales representative in automation industry
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Italian will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel abroad for trade shows and customer visits
- Strong proactivity and results-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage customer relationships, negotiate sales, and provide after-sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and in multicultural environments
