Sales Representative – General and Plastic Surgery

We are seeking a Sales Representative to launch a new product line within general and plastic surgery markets. The primary function is to present and sell the portfolio to surgeons across public and private accounts.

Key duties include analysing the sales territory and developing a business plan for the commercial launch, and executing that plan to exceed quota targets. The role operates under an incubator model and reports to the Sales Manager, Breast & Plastic, EU.

Key Responsibilities

Identify key market players, including scientific societies, opinion leaders, and high‑potential customers.

Define and implement an action plan in the territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, focusing on key accounts.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts and support them in trial and adoption of our products.

Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction.

Contribute to the organization of events such as congresses and masterclasses.

Participate in product listing processes within the institutions under responsibility.

Collaborate and work in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts.

Conduct competitive intelligence.





Manage territory development through Salesforce, recording opportunities, contacts and events daily.

Qualifications

Proven track record selling high‑value medical devices and building strong relationships within hospital environments, especially in surgical settings.

Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, grow business, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.

Strong scientific and analytical capabilities, including the ability to understand, interpret and present clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.

Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, digital tools, and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English.

Salary

€45,000 – €55,000 per year.
