Experteer Overview In this Salesforce Developer Lead role, you design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on Apex and LWC. You split time between maintenance and project work, delivering end-to-end implementations such as new product lines, quote-to-cash improvements, and invoicing optimizations. You mentor peers, drive integration with internal and external systems, and explore AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-impact team supporting hospitality clients at scale.

8+ years of professional Salesforce development in a team

Strong proficiency with Apex and LWC

Hands‑on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns (fflib) and architecture

Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events

Disciplined approach to testing and maintaining code quality

Experience with AI‑assisted development tools to improve efficiency

Curiosity about AI's role in future development

Proven ability to mentor developers and contribute to team standards

Fluent English
