At Gracia101, we're looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team.

We're looking for a professional with strong technical expertise in SAP IBP, combined with project management experience and a solid understanding of Demand Planning processe s . In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs while driving planning initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Plan, Build and Run solutions to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements.
- Review business requests for service enhancements, as well as Tech service changes requests for standards enforcement.
- Guide continuous improvement efforts for solutions, develop business cases, and understand the users.
- Ensure the support of existing applications, solutions, and systems through the adequate support center.




- Understand the impact of new technology for existing solutions and adapt plans and architecture accordingly.
- Govern Tech security, compliance, and Tech audits.
- Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships.
- Formulate, negotiate, and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Measure and communicate key performance metrics.
- Analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Train super users/end-users on established programs.
- Communicate key metrics at the relevant frequency.
- Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Act as a consultant/expert to other IT services as needed.
- Be the escalation point for performance issues and outages from a business management perspective.
