Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience leading and managing QA teams within SAP implementation projects Strong knowledge of Xray for test management and its integration with Jira Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, with Tricentis Tosca being highly valued Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team‑oriented mindset Lead and manage the SAP QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across all project phases Oversee quality assurance processes for SAP implementation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies,
