Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with global process templates and best practices Collaborate with Business Process Experts, Data Specialists, and IT teams to integrate supply chain processes across the organization Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and support optimization initiatives for planning and production operations Participate in testing, go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure high-quality and sustainable solutions Guide and support small project teams, providing expertise and mentoring during implementation phases Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation procedures, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred) ~5+ years of hands‑on experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field ~ Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS or similar) ~ Proven track record delivering SAP solutions within complex global ERP/APS environments ~ Experience coordinating small teams and using structured change control methodologies ~ Health Insurance Commercial discounts across hundreds of brands Interview with the IT Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Supply Chain and Consulting
