Security Analyst (Temp Agency) – Airbus Defence and Space SAU – Getafe, Spain – Full Time

Overview

Responsible for identifying potential threats or risks associated with new hires, ensuring recruitment processes comply with corporate security standards and internal policies to protect assets, information and people.

Responsibilities

- Raise awareness of classified information access requirements to support a secure and compliant hiring process.
- Analyse candidates through open‑source intelligence to verify alignment with Airbus values.
- Conduct research to identify relevant information about candidates and assess their digital footprint and public online presence.
- Monitor public and private information sources for potential threats.
- Recommend mitigation measures where necessary.
- Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of the Secure Hiring program.
- Ensure all intelligence activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights.
- Cooperate with Human Resources in the Secure Hiring process.
- Support continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools.
- Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines (Industrial, Aeronautical, Communications Engineering, etc.).
- Additional education or certifications in Intelligence, OSINT, Cyber Intelligence or knowledge of classified information protection are considered a plus.

Experience

- Experience in security‑related roles is desirable,



particularly in the protection of classified information and the application of national and international regulations.
- Experience in intelligence and threat analysis, including identification, assessment and monitoring of risk affecting people, assets, information and business operations.
- Familiarity with information security tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of relevant security legislation.

Security Clearance
