Role Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance &

- Administration team in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Tax &
- Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle across our project portfolio, ensure compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP,



and play a key role in consolidation and reporting for our renewable energy SPVs. This is a hands‑on role with direct exposure to international transactions, project finance structures, and a fast‑growing asset base across Europe.

Your Main Responsibilities Own the end-to-end accounting cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, month‑end and year‑end close.

Lead preparation and presentation of annual accounts under IFRS and Spanish GAAP.

Manage tax compliance: VAT, CIT, withholding taxes, and support in filing with AEAT and other European tax authorities.

Handle consolidation of project SPVs, including intercompany eliminations and minority interest calculations.

Oversee invoice and payment management for both domestic and international operations.

Manage digital document archive and accounting records in Business Central / SAGE.

Support treasury functions: cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and liquidity reporting.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Act as a reference point and day‑to‑day support for junior team members.
