We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help design, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, cloud-native applications, integrating AI capabilities, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise-grade solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Develop data ingestion, processing, transformation, and orchestration pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging corporate knowledge bases, repositories, and enterprise systems.
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search engines, and agent frameworks.
- Design prompts, tools, workflows, AI agents, and structured output mechanisms.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms, third-party services, enterprise applications, and legacy systems.
- Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms, to accelerate software delivery.
- Develop automation solutions using APIs, scripting languages, workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and orchestration platforms.
- Ensure software quality through best practices in testing, code reviews, observability, and performance optimization.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions and standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
- Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, estimations,



retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and backend development.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, Go, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and collaborative software engineering practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI technologies and modern AI application development.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
- Understanding of Machine Learning, MLOps, and AI model deployment.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are a plus
