Overview

As Senior Analyst - Global Product in Santander CIB, you will own front‑office product delivery for Global Cash Management. You’ll translate client needs and regulatory dynamics into global product strategies and evolving solutions. You’ll collaborate with origination teams, COOs, and cross‑functional partners to drive end‑to‑end delivery, measurement, and go‑to‑market execution.

The role offers exposure to innovative payment tech and a chance to shape global product strategy within a risk‑conscious, customer‑centric culture. Compensaciones / Beneficios

Own product strategy and evolution by analyzing client, market, and regulatory indicators to define innovative Global Cash Management solutions. Gather and synthesize client requirements across geographies to inform integral product design. Design and assess new products leveraging APIs, digital assets, AI, and platform‑based approaches; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Kyriba is preferred.

Lead end‑to‑end product delivery including ideation,



business case, governance, funding, scoping, approvals, and go‑to‑market coordination. Manage in‑life performance through KPIs and data aggregation to guide product evolution and capex requests. Collaborate with Origination teams and other stakeholders to build and prioritize the product development pipeline.

Responsabilidades

Product Owner / product management experience essential (3+ years). Experience in banking/finance/technology essential. Bachelor's degree. English fluency (C1 or higher). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation skills. Requisitos principales
