BOLD is expanding its engineering team to industrialise battery pack production lines, from prototype to small-volume production. You will define technical concepts, design layouts, and optimize processes for assembly, welding and EOL testing to ensure quality and manufacturability. You will collaborate with engineering to improve product designs for manufacturability, coordinate with suppliers and automation integrators, and drive continuous improvement from early development through ramp-up.
