About The Role As a Senior Consultant in FTI Consulting Strategy and Transformation TMT, you will formulate strategic recommendations and implement changes for clients by leading project modules and workstreams. You’ll deploy commercial acumen in performing key analysis, connect it with the bigger picture and present findings to clients. Additionally, you will coach junior staff and interns.

What You’ll Do Lead individual project modules or small workstreams in client billable projects. Structure problems, gather data, and execute analyses to drive insights. Sense‑check results and leverage strong Excel and financial proficiency.

Synthesize and present findings in a clear, structured format to clients. Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members and support junior staff, prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently. Communicate project statuses and deliver high‑quality outputs within deadlines.

Contribute to intellectual capital development (e.g., white papers, points of view) and client pitches and proposals. How You’ll Grow Receive mentorship from senior leaders to guide your learning and development. Participate in a range of training programs,



including in‑person workshops and virtual courses.

Expand your professional network through networking events and activities. Learn on the job through daily interaction with teams and clients. Receive regular feedback and implement it proactively to improve performance and support junior consultants.

What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant post‑graduation professional experience. Knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMT) industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point). Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in management consulting or professional services environments. This role demands strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills under pressure, effective communication, and client team management. You should be a logical, lateral thinker, highly organized, and culturally aware, capable of building professional relationships with senior client teams and contributing as a team player in a diverse environment.
