Experteer Overview In this Senior Data Center Construction Manager role, you will drive the AWS EMEA Off‑Site Assembly program, leading adoption of modular and prefabricated solutions across data center and power infra. You’ll act as a regional SME, aligning CSAS, MS, and ES programs with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, and Operations to reduce onsite labour, improve safety and quality, and boost schedule resilience. You’ll shape scalable governance, vendor ecosystems, and regional deployment while collaborating across Europe.

This is a strategic, impact‑focused position with substantial travel and cross‑market influence.

Own the EMEA contribution to the general off‑site assembly portfolio and track labour shifts off‑site across CSAS, Mechanical, and Electrical systems

Create repeatable evaluation and implementation frameworks for modular solutions

Establish governance, reporting, and metrics for adoption, cost impact, schedule compression, safety, and quality

Develop scalable mechanisms to embed constructability and prefabrication into project lifecycles

Partner with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, and Operations to embed modular thinking early in projects

Represent EMEA in the global Off‑Site Assembly team and adapt innovations to regional conditions

Influence contractors and vendors to adopt prefabricated solutions across multiple markets

Enable regional Construction Managers through knowledge transfer and technical guidance

Define technical standards for prefabricated systems aligned to AWS requirements and local codes





Build and maintain an approved European vendor ecosystem

Develop business cases quantifying labour reduction, schedule resilience, safety, and total cost impact

Drive competitive tension to improve cost, quality, and delivery timelines

Shift high‑risk activities to controlled factory environments and mitigate modular risks including logistics and interface management

Lead pilot implementations and scale solutions regionally

Create playbooks and training to standardise adoption

Deliver measurable reduction in onsite labour hours and improved safety across EMEA

Achieve schedule compression and better float through modular deployment

Standardise regional prefabricated systems and robust reporting on off‑site hours and quality/safety improvements

Develop strategic European fabrication partnerships

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems

10+ years managing mission‑critical projects

5+ years in off‑site construction or modularization for data centres or similar infrastructure

Proven experience influencing contractors and scaling new construction methodologies

Experience with RFPs, change management, quality control, and portfolio reporting

Fluency in English and Spanish
