About the role We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst to join a
Data & Insights team within an international transformation environment .
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how data supports decision-making across the organisation, working at the intersection of advanced analytics ,
business performance , and emerging
AI capabilities .
You will contribute to high-impact initiatives across commercial performance ,
operational analytics ,
finance insights , and the evolution of self-service analytics and data products .
This is a highly business-facing role , adecuado for someone who enjoys translating complex datasets into clear insights , building meaningful
KPIs , supporting senior stakeholders , and exploring how
AI can improve productivity ,
insight generation , and data discoverability .

What you’ll do
Deliver high-quality analytical insights to support strategic decision-making across commercial, operational, and finance domains
Translate complex data into clear, structured, and actionable outputs for business and senior stakeholders
Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analysis suitable for senior management and executive-level decision-making
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, define relevant KPIs, and build performance frameworks
Analyse business performance metrics such as revenue, cost, operational efficiency, customer behaviour, and commercial performance
Support and enhance existing reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards and performance reports
Contribute to the design and evolution of self-service analytics solutions and data products
Collaborate with Data Engineers and platform teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability
Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and business context
Explore and experiment with AI-driven tools and approaches to improve insight generation, productivity, and data accessibility
Help improve data adoption across the organisation by making insights clear, accessible, and actionable
Communicate complex analytical topics in a clear and structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment with cross-functional teams
Have 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data & Insights, or similar roles
Have strong experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
Have strong proficiency in SQL
Have experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or analytical workflows
Have strong experience with Power BI or similar BI / data visualisation tools
Prove ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights
Have experience building dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for business users
Have good understanding of business performance metrics such as revenue, cost, operational KPIs, commercial performance, or finance metrics
Have experience working with stakeholders at different levels, including senior business stakeholders
Have ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, structured, and business-oriented way
Have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Have curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, especially AI-driven analytics tools
Be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving, and transformation-driven environments
Have experience preparing reporting for senior management, executive committees, or management committees
Have experience contributing to self-service analytics, data products, or reusable reporting frameworks
Have exposure to AI tools and technologies such as Generative AI, analytics copilots, ML tools, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar
Have experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate analysis, generate insights, or support data discoverability
Have experience collaborating with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, or platform teams
Have experience with data quality, data governance, data modelling, or analytics engineering practices
Have experience with Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar tools
Have background in commercial analytics, operational analytics, finance analytics, pricing, revenue management, or performance tracking
Hybrid model - 2 days on site per week
