? What we look for?

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Data Platform Engineers with strong expertise in Snowflake , dbt , Apache Airflow , Python , SQL , and Azure DevOps , combined with experience integrating Salesforce platforms to build scalable, cloud-native data and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can independently drive data platform initiatives, implement best practices, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines.
- Build and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake .
- Develop ELT/ETL frameworks leveraging dbt , Airflow , Python , and SQL .
- Integrate data from Salesforce and other enterprise systems into analytical platforms.
- Design and implement orchestration, monitoring, and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of data assets.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Implement data quality, governance, lineage, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within Snowflake environments.




- Support production releases and mentor junior engineers.

? Mandatory Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms .
- 5+ years of experience with Snowflake .
- 5+ years of experience with Python .
- 8+ years of experience in Advanced SQL and Data Modeling .
- 3+ years of experience with:
- dbt
- Apache Airflow
- Azure DevOps
- CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Strong experience with:
- Data Warehousing and ELT concepts
- Git and version control
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Salesforce integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud with enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/Bulk APIs), CDC, and extraction frameworks.
- Experience building ingestion pipelines from Salesforce into Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, metadata, security, and data models.
- Experience working in Agile environments and distributed global teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
