This is a full-time, remote role for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing specializing in the direct-to-consumer space. In this role, you will oversee growth marketing efforts, develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, and identify high-impact channels and campaigns to scale revenue. You will lead performance marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI,



and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Additionally, you will pioneer creative growth strategies, analyze performance data, and recommend actionable insights to continue expanding the reach of the brand. Qualifications

Proven expertise in GTM, Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking

Strategic thinking with a strong data-driven approach to marketing optimization

Proficiency with analytics tools, paid media platforms, and performance tracking methodologies

Experience in managing budgets, scaling marketing operations, and achieving measurable results

Leadership and team management skills to guide a high-performing marketing team

Experience in a DTC and Performance marketing environment is strongly preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
