Silversea Cruises seeks a Senior F&B; Sanitation Controller to govern sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage production and service areas. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, ensuring our operations meet the highest regulatory, corporate, and operational standards.
You will oversee daily operations, lead inspections, and drive training and safety initiatives aboard luxury ships, with a focus on USPH/VSP and HACCP compliance.
