Overview In this role you will lead regional fleet health, safety, and availability to support fast and reliable last‑mile delivery across Spain and France. You will set strategy for fleet operations, launch initiatives, and balance cost, quality, and speed in dynamic markets. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive cross‑functional programs and risk management for vehicle demand.

Responsibilities

Lead regional health and safety for fleet, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance through audits and regional feedback with Safety and Fleet Compliance teams

Act as Single Threaded Leader for product and program launches across French regions, supporting France expansion by building fleet management mechanisms

Influence and align multiple stakeholders to define programs with clear deliverables and long‑term priorities, demonstrating negotiation and stakeholder management

Manage volatile vehicle demand across Spain,



balancing short‑term and long‑term risks and adapting to vehicle‑constrained markets with cost–quality–speed trade‑offs

Collaborate with stations and business functions to consolidate vehicle demand during peaks, and ensure timely execution of delivery orders

Continuously implement best practices in Fleet Operations and Safety across EU and communicate local business needs to diverse stakeholders

Monitor vehicle pool and pipeline to prevent shortfalls and elevate appropriately

Travel 20–30% of time across the assigned region to fulfill role requirements

Support Last Mile vehicle strategies through cross‑functional collaboration

Escalation management for operational issues to maintain delivery quality and timelines

Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above

Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams

Experience in logistics and operations management

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

Proven leadership with ability to prioritize and influence across teams
