5+ years of engineering experience in scaling SaaS companies

Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English. We tend to speak in Spanish at the office and in Slack, and write documentation and projects in English

Product Engineering experience: end-to-end from ideation, infrastructure, backend, frontend, testing, etc. because we aren’t “factory developers”, we are engineers of digital products responsible for outcomes, not for implementing requirements
