We are looking for a
Senior IBM i (AS400) Support Engineer to support a business-critical legacy ERP system during an ongoing transition to Microsoft Business Central. The role is primarily focused on day-to-day maintenance, user support, and system stability , working closely with the in-house ERP Manager.
Spanish language is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities 1. Application Support & Maintenance
Handle day-to-day maintenance activities and minor enhancements
Investigate and resolve system issues, blocks, and performance-related challenges
Ensure system stability during the migration phase
Act as a primary point of contact for business users
Resolve day-to-day issues such as:
Access rights / permissions
System errors or transactions failing
Provide quick turnaround on operational requests
- Collaboration with ERP Manager
Work closely with the internal ERP Manager
Support and offload routine operational workload
Assist in knowledge continuity and documentation
- Transition Support
Support the parallel run of AS400 during ERP migration
Assist in knowledge transfer and system understanding
Contribute to smooth transition without disrupting business operations
