What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IGA Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) to lead complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives within large-scale enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining identity governance strategies, designing scalable architectures, and leading implementations integrated with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAP, while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Location: 100% Remote (Spain) Language: English C1 level required

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Define and evolve authorization models based on RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
- Design and manage role catalogs for organizations with more than 10,000 identities.
- Drive automation of Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
- Design and optimize access certification and recertification campaigns.
- Integrate IGA platforms with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and SAP ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support governance initiatives across highly regulated business environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance.
- Proven experience leading 6+ SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow implementations end-to-end.
- Extensive hands-on experience with:





- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

- SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

- Active Directory

- SAP
- Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale identity architectures.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and governing JML processes, access certifications, and compliance controls.
- Ability to work effectively in global and multicultural environments.

Nice to Have
- CISSP certification.
- Microsoft AZ-500 certification.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer certification.
- Previous experience within highly regulated financial services or insurance organizations.

Project Details

- Expected start date: October 1st.
- Working hours:
- Summer: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET
- Winter: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET
- Schedule aligned with Venezuela business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
