IMAN Temporing is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join Unilever Spain on an immediate basis for a 9-month project, based at their offices in Viladecans (Barcelona), as part of their international Legal team. What can you expect Immediate start A 9-month project with a general leader in the FMCG industry.

Hybrid working model: 2 days working from home and 3 days on-site at the Viladecans office. Opportunity to work within an international Legal team, collaborating with professionals across different countries and business functions. English is the primary working language for this role, including meetings, documentation and day-to-day communication.

Your key responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate national and international commercial agreements. Provide legal advice to different business areas on strategic operations and projects. Identify and assess legal risks,



delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.

Support compliance and corporate governance initiatives. Collaborate on cross-functional projects with international teams across Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT and other business functions. Manage legal queries and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
