Overview In this role you lead multiple Ocean Export operation teams across Southern Europe to deliver efficient, high-quality service. You will shape operational excellence, using data-driven insights to optimize end-to-end export processes. You’ll develop leaders, scale performance, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This position offers impact across customers, carriers, and vendors, with a focus on sustainable growth and world-class service.

Responsabilidades

Bachelor’s or Master in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

7+ years of experience in operations within Integral Forwarding

5+ years of experience leading and managing teams

Willingness and ability to travel as per location

Fluency in English and the local language of the country where based
